Program Assessment

The first step towards designing a specialized curriculum is administering an assessment to determine your child’s specific areas of need. Once the students needs have been established, CDG senior staff will use the principals of behaviour to develop an IESP (individual education and service plan) founded on a curriculum that will attempt to correct or remediate any skill gaps and deficits identified during the assessment phase.

Please note that these assessments are NOT diagnostic in nature but are administered for program/curriculum planning purposes to guide your child’s Individual Education and Service Plan.
